A. Processing about this component: The main processing technology
of this part is flat grinding, wire cutting and discharge. Our
company is extremely good at the above three processes , In these
aspects, we have more than 11 years of history, are fully capable
of processing related mold parts.
B. Product accuracy requirements: For this product, our accuracy
parameters are as follows:
- Accuracy of grinding: 0.001 mm
- Accuracy of EDM: 0.002 mm
- Verticality: 0.002 mm
- Surface roughness: Ra0.4 um
As the customer's drawings are not the same, the product processing
accuracy requirements are not the same, so almost all of us
processings are customized according to customer requirements.

D. Our Material: SKD61 is used for this injection mold part.
